to the Collectif Mongrenier
website!
For over 7 years we have been living and working on the
wonderful domaine in the southwest of France near Carcassonne.
We would like to invite you to get to know us and our
large estate through these pages, to visit us, to spend a holiday with us, to work with us for a while on the
further development of the project, or even to join us permanently.
As some founding members withdraw, there is now the
possibility of taking over their shares in the company that owns the domain (SCI) and, from the subscription of 40,000 shares (nominal value
€40,000), even becoming a co-decision-maker on the future of the project.

participation options in our documentation.
There is also the option of becoming a member of the operating company ACM (Association Collectif
Mongrenier) without buying a share. You will spend a certain period of familiarisation, sharing our life with us, and then decide. The membership fee is 50 euros per year
and the cost of living is 800 euros per month (including rent for a room, utilities, basic food and use of the infrastructure).
